Refund
If you’ve taken one of our AMC from us and move to a new location or in a different city, you may move your AMC or gift your AMC or request a refund when our services are not in your new address . The refund will be based depending on the amount of cleaning completed and will be reduced after deducting all taxes that the Govt has already paid towards the Govt.
Once we receive your email on info@arwatertankcleaners.in for refund, we will evaluate the transaction. If we approve, your refund request, the process will then be arranged.
The refund payment will be processed via an electronic transfer to a bank account only.
You will receive your credit within 7 days of you have provided the bank transfer details.
If the time-frame described above has been completed and you still haven’t received your refund, get in touch with your bank for more details.
Cancellation
Once booked, reservations can be cancelled as long as the 24 hour mark in Advance.
If cancellation is made on the day of service an amount of 200 rupees will be charged. 200 will be incurred.
If cancellation is requested after the team is at the location where they are to be served, a cost of Rs. 200 will be charged.
